Dynamic, energetic, result-oriented individuals for the following positions:
1) COST ENGINEER:
Profile:
• Perform cost engineering, quantity surveying and contract administration duties in construction and building works
• Review and analyze tender documents developed by design consultants and contractors
• Prepare variation orders, trend notices, claims, monthly progress payment certificates and final accounts settlement
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 10 yrs experience in cost analysis
2) MECHANICAL ENGINEER:
Profile:
• Prepare, review and follow up design documents and shop drawings for all mechanical works
• Review mechanical design calculations of different systems and payment certificates for the mechanical works
• Monitor and follow up project progress by performing site inspections to ensure that the mechanical works are carried out as per design, project specifications and quality control procedures
Education & Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering .
• Minimum of 10 yrs experience in installation of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire fighting and Irrigation systems for buildings as contractor
• Experience in design and supervision works (Le. worked with consultancy firms)
Other requirements for both the above positions:
• Membership in the Kuwait Society of Engineers
• 'Preferable experience with project management companies
• Computer knowledge including MS Office, Primavera, AutoCAD and MS Project applications
• Good communication skills in English. Arabic speaking will be an added advantage
• All positions require transferable residency (visa no. 18)
