Our client, a Middle East based bank is looking for a Head of Diners to join its dynamic team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate has to manage the Diners Club Business for value and profitability as well as promote the usage and spending levels as well as improving points of acceptance.



Responsibilities:


• Enhance revenue streams across issuing and acquiring businesses.
• Promote products and service propositions for Diners Club business in Bahrain.
• Introduce new corporate clients to the bank personally for Diners purchasing solutions.
• Develop new and existing distribution channels for both consumer and corporate cards.
• Ensure compliance with Diners Club International Operating Manual (IOM) and regulatory requirements.



Requirements:


• University degree in Business Administration, ideally MBA with Marketing.

• The role-holder must hold at least 7 years experience in the cards market at a management level, with experience of the issuing and acquiring functions.

Job Description : Project Manager, Qatar

Our client, a large Middle East based retail bank is looking for a Project Manager to join their Special Projects-Infrastructure Services group in Qatar. The incumbent will report to the Head of Group Special Projects and will be responsible for the management of special projects, managing the day-to-day operational aspects of the project, project scheduling and planning and overall supervision of the execution of the bank’s projects.


Responsibilities:


• Coordinate with concerned management to ensure the project specifications and requirements are understood and that project design documentation meet such requirements.
• Participate in the selection of tenders and subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare the schedule of projects and work program of each project to be executed as per the budget.
• Create KPI’s for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the Project Management Unit and monitor their achievement on a periodic basis.



Requirements:


• At least 10-12 years of relevant experience with minimum 7 years as a Project Manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic essential.
