A LEADING COMPANY IN HIGH LUXURY RETAIL IN KUWAIT IS RECRUITING A SENIOR POSITIONS FOR TALENTED, MOTIVATED, DEDICATED AND EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATES:
1. Marketing Manager
Responsible for the management of the marketing calendar and implementation of all marketing efforts. Works closely with suppliers and brand managers to develop strategic plan to achieve aggressive marketing plan
*Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on company's objectives
* Monitor budget achievement and prepare forecasts
*Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings
* Handle special events, draft press releases and contact people in the media for printing or broadcasting materials
Requirements
* 5 years of experience in sales management & marketing
* Demonstrated ability to exceed sales performance standards
2. CRM Manager
Responsible for the supervision, installation, configuration and leading the company's customer relationship management (CRM) through best practices. Obtaining and submitting reports on a regular basis, resolving CRM program issues in a timely and accurate fashion as well as hold responsibility for monitoring data quality, the CRM Manager will also apply proven communication and problem-solving skills to guide and assist the user group on issues related to the design, development, and deployment of CRM.
* Implement CRM software and participate in the company's CRM strategy definition
* Propose local CRM & e-CRM strategy and action plans
* Benchmark competitors programs in the luxury goods sector
* Manage key VIP Program or any other loyalty program
* Customer Database completeness, accuracy, growth and maintenance
* Manage the annual and new product launch mailing campaigns
* Coordinate with the boutiques and retail operation department
Requirements
* 3-5 years experience in CRM ideally in a retail luxury
* Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational
skills are required
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,). Ability to learn new software
