Document Controller
Must be a graduate in Arts/ Science/ Commerce
Skills Required
= Thorough knowledge in MS office
(Word, Excel & Power point)
= Good Communication skills
= Awareness of ISO:9000 standards
Experience Required
= Should have experience in document controlling.
= Should be self correspondent
= Should have experience in Filling and record keeping.
= Experience in generating daily, weekly and monthly
status reports.
= Should be good at scanning and archiving of documents,
preparation of for project dossier etc.
Purchasing Officer
= 3 years experience in purchasing with a significant
understanding of procurement negotiations techniques.
= Awareness of freight and overseas shipping terms and
conditions.
= Good knowledge of local and international suppliers.
= Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
= Preferably 2 years engineering diploma graduate.
= Good computer skills are a must.
