Project Managers:-

This senior position demands high leadership qualities, experience in leading large team of Engineers, technical and non technical manpower. Gulf experience in similar projects would be preferred.
Job Specifications
Graduate Engineer with minimum 18 to 20 years experience in executing EPIC projects worth US $ 50 Million and above preferably in GCC countries.
Job Title & Profile
Construction Managers:-
Lead the construction team as per the plan, set daily targets, effective utilization of all the resources, coordinate with planning, design and other supporting teams and achieve the set targets/mile stones, daily progress monitoring, attend client meetings and reporting, etc. Candidates should have experience in any of the above areas of construction.

Graduate Engineer with minimum 12 to 15 years experience in executing EPIC projects. Those having less experience will be consid¬ered for Project Engineer position.

Planning Engineers:
- Produce viable construction program. Moni¬tor actual progress versus scheduled progress, prepare budget, cost analysis and ensure project remains within budgetary parameters and moves forward to a successful conclusion. Oversee the monthly client billing and certification. Those having additional experience in project control, cost management, preparation of invoice, material reconciliation, MIS statement, etc. will be considered as 'Cost Engineer'.

Graduate Engineer with minimum 5 to 8 years experience in executing EPIC projects and experience of working in primavera is essential.
Job Title & Profile
Quantity Surveyors (Pre & Post Tender):-
Identify tenders, estimation and pricing, identify sub contractors, work out the rates, attend tender meetings, prepare detailed quantities during planning & budgeting phase, finalize quantity/scope of material/subcontractor, prepare additional claims for project as per additional works carried out, including quantity, cost and time, reconcile the actual progress of activities in coordination with planning, project control on cost overrun, client invoice, material reconciliation, review of MIS statement, etc.

Graduate/Diploma Engineer with 5 to 8 years experience.
Job Title & Profile
QA/QC Engineers/inspectors:
- Prepare Project Quality Plan, review IMS Policies and procedures and project is executed in line with the IMS procedures and PQP, Plans and work instructions, internal audits, take corrective and preventive actions, attend all QA/QC matters of the project with clients, etc.
Job Specifications
Graduate/Diploma Engineer with 5 to 8 years experience for Engineers & 2 to 4 years for Inspectors. ISO: 9001-2008 exposure is essential.
Job Title & Profile
Supervisors/ Foreman/ Charge hands & Draughtsman:
Diploma or ITI in Engineering with 10 to 15 years experience in Roads, Earth work, sewage treatment plant construction or other infrastructure projects. Candidates should have good supervisory skills and ability to manage and get the work done through multi national workforce. Draughtsman with AutoCAD qualification and experience of 5 to 8 years in major construction company involved in aforesaid areas is a must.
