Company Requires the Services of
PROJECT MANAGER (Team Leader)
• Shall be a degree qualified European or US registered Chartered Professional Engineer or equal approved.
• Shall have at least 15 years of demonstrable experience encompassing sewerage master planning detailed design of sewerage networks, Micro Tunneling & pumping stations specification writing & implementation of works of a similar nature and extent of this Project and familiar with the local Authority requirements.
SENIOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER (Project Coordinator)
Shall he a degree qualified European or US Registered Chartered Professional Engineer or equal approved.
• Shall have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience encompassing detailed design of sewerage
networks, micro—tunneling & pumping stations implementation of the of a similar nature and extent of
this Project and familiar with the requirements of the local Authorities.
SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
• Shall be a degree qualified European or US Registered chartered / Professional Engineer or equal approved. Shall
* have at least t 2 years of demonstrable experience encompassing the mechanical and electrical aspects of pumping station design, specification and implementation of works of a similar nature and extent to that of the Project.
SENIOR ARCHITECT / ARCHITECT ENGINEER
• Degree in Architecture with internationally recognized professional credentials in Architecture.
• Minimum of 15 years experience as Architect in the construction of similar projects.
• Minimum of 3—5 years experience in Gulf Region with international Consulting companies.
* Approval of Engineer’s Accrediting & classifying committee (MMAA - Urban Planning Department) as the
the Engineer may require.
SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER / CIVIL ENGINEER
• Degree in Civil Engineering with qualifications from
internationally recognized institution.
• Minimum of l 15 years post qualification experience in building construction. .
• Approval of Engineer's Accrediting & Classifying Committee (MMAA - Urban Planning Department as engineer may require.
SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
• Degree in Electrical Engineering from an internationally recognized institution.
• Minimum of 15 years post qualification experience. Aim experience gained from established Electrical Engineering Consultants on similar Projects.
• Approval of Engineer's Accrediting & Classify6ing Committee (MMAA— Urban Planning Department) as the
Engineer may require.
* Grade "A" Licence from KAHARAMAA.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
• BSc Degree in Quantity Surveying, and or expereicne iii practicing Q.S role and its environment is acceptable with an engineering degree.
* Minimum fifteen (15) years pre & post contract experience in similar project & preferred to have
expereicne in the Gulf region with registered Engineering Consultants / Contractors.
• Full conversant with the local General Conditions of Contract and Method of Measurement & QCS and
possess working knowledge in Variation Orders and Cost Analysis / Claims & FIDIC.
Computer literacy and Transfer of Visa are MUST for all the positions.
